I placed an order online on November 10th. After getting a confirmation email, I heard nothing.

When I called customer service, the representative did not speak English, so I called back and was told that they requested my corrected address on the same day of the order (they did not). I gave them the info via telephone, and was assured that the order was shipped. Two days later - it still was listed as "in progress" and no other information was available. I called customer service again, got another person who could barely speak English, and was told it would be "a few more days." I asked to speak with someone in the U.S.

and they said, "The U.S. offices are closed." Really? At 3:30 in the afternoon?

I feel scammed! This is unacceptable and I keep getting the runaround.

Orders placed 5 times, never received.

I order item 2-2-23. Multiple issues after reordering w/o results.

Multiple calls to get what I was told was a "PENDING" charge or over $63.00 and that it would drop off. Not credited. Calls and then on line help requested. But, then was told that a $5.00 charge (that would be refunded if/when I advised them.

I light of the 3.5 months of not getting my refund, And multiple calls without having results, I was not willing to sign up for that. Tried to do online resolution, not able to anywhere that was helpful. Kept returning to the sign-up option. All I want is my refund.

And, today, phone calls, wait time of 45" w/o getting requested supervisor, and the computer time, I have spent almost 2 hours.

This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR IS IT ACCEPTABLE. Cant even get this done w/o signing an "agreement".

The customer service person I spoke to was very respectful. I wanted to know when my two products that I had ordered on November 10, 2022 I would be receiving? He could not give me that information except I might receive them in 7 to 10 business days. Most companies have an idea of when I would expect them to be delivered like November 30, 2022. He could not even tell me if they were ready for shipping out or not.

I made one purchase in 2021 from this catalog, didnt like the product and had to call them 2 months later for my refund that should have happened automatically. Ever since that purchase Ive been billed $14.95/month for some bogus VIP membership or something. Whatever it is, Im calling them for a years refund as its now May 2022 and they owe me $195 dollars. Im also calling my credit union to put a STOP on this company so they can never bill me again. What a SCAM this is! Im also mad at myself for not catching this charge on my bank statements for all this time!!

I placed on order via phone with CF for 2 item s. The order went in without a problem, However a few days later, I received a notice via email that there was a billing problem.

So, I contacted their Customer Service via phone. The CS Rep looked at the account problem and per the information I provided, she said that all was taken care and my order would be shipped in a afew days in time for Christmas.

By the the 21st of Dec., I became concerned, because the oirder had not arrived. I call Customer Service with my order number again and inquired as to why the order had not arrived. The CS Rep.

then told me that there was a billing problem !

I told her that I had already corrected that and she then said "No" that it hadn't corrected. I replied that I had spoken to a CS Rep earlier and she again said "No".

I told that since they could not fix it, I told her to cancel my order .No apology, No offer to expedite ship or Sorry..The worst CS.

Orders take a really long time to ship. Still waiting on an order from November. It's been almost a month. I emailed them about the order and they don't answer emails at all. I called and was on hold for a very long time. When you check online... all it says is in process. You don't get an estimated shipping date. I would never order from them again. Shipping is also expensive. Talked to customer service and all they say is the product is in the warehouse and it will ship soon. Doesn't help!!

I ordered Xmas presents on 10/17/2021. Today (11/3/2021) I called to get the status of my order and was told that the system has been down (inaccessible by everyone including the customer service staff) for 3 weeks. This means it may have been down when I placed my order #K1691****. Because I have no confidence that the order will ever be filled, I cancelled the order. So I await confirmation that my order has been cancelled and I have not been charged for this disappointing situation.
