"Ordered bracelet on Nov 27 for christmas gift. Called and told it had been put on hold.
Don't know why. They put order in on Dec 19. Called again and was told did not ship until Jan 2. Could not tell me why the delay.
The did reimburse the shipping cost. $8.50. Small bracelet could have been shipped UPS for less than that and guaranteed receive in a couple of days. Was supposed to arrive on 1/13.
Called on Monday 1/15. still not here. Give shipping info. Tracked through Fedex Smartpost.
It was coming from Massachusetts. It went to PA. I live in Ohio. It was sent from PA to Texas??????
So now I am supposed to get it my 19th almost 2 full months since original order.
